How many sessions are usually needed?
Each person starting therapy is different. There is no one size fits all treatment plan for therapy clients. We will work together to explore your story and reach your goals.
Does something have to be “wrong” to benefit from therapy?
People come to therapy for many different reasons. Some people want to work on difficulties such as depression and anxiety. Others want to process life transitions. Therapy can benefit anyone wanting to learn and grow.
Are you set up for telehealth?
Yes, I am set up to work with clients virtually. I utilize the HIPAA compliant version of Zoom. You can log in from the comfort of your own home. All that is required is a private space and an internet connection.
Do you take insurance?
I am an out of network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill which may be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Each provider handles out of network claims a little differently, so contacting your insurance company directly is the best way to determine out of network benefits.
